The purpose of the Membership Committee of the Rennie Lake Association is to ensure timely and accurate maintenance of the Association’s membership records and to conduct communications with prospective members and current members regarding applying for membership and renewing membership.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the membership renewal process for current members prior to the beginning of each fiscal year.
- Identify and solicit newly eligible members for membership on a periodic basis, but no less than annually.
- Review, approve and process new member applications for membership.
- Periodically, as determined by the Board, solicit those eligible for membership whose membership has lapsed or who have not previously applied for membership.
- Maintain eligibility and membership records and distribution lists.
- Maintain, and update as needed, membership-related documents and communication.
- Prepare and distribute membership related reports.
